Who we are
“Maximize Your Vocals” is a vocal-training service created by Max Sherman. Any data collected by the website is viewable by and only by Max Sherman and a website administrator. “Maximize Your Vocals” does not share your data with any third parties.
What data do we collect?
“Maximize Your Vocals” stores all of the data collected on the appointment booking form on the Services page. This data includes:
- Your first and last name.
- Your email.
- The length and date of the appointment that you scheduled.
- The status of your appointment (Approved, Cancelled, Rejected)
As all payment is performed through Venmo, we do not store any payment information.

“Maximize Your Vocals” uses several third-party plugins in order to enhance the functionality of the website. These plugins are:

How long we retain your data
Appointment data is retained indefinitely for budgetary and administrative purposes.
What rights you have over your data
If you have previously made an appointment, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. If you want to have your data deleted from the website, you can send a request at msherm@maximizeyourvocals.com. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
