Who we are
“Maximize Your Vocals” is a vocal-training service created by Max Sherman. Any data collected by the website is viewable by and only by Max Sherman and a website administrator. “Maximize Your Vocals” does not share your data with any third parties.
What we provide
When a student books a session with Max, they are given the corresponding amount of time that they have booked. By default, this time corresponds to the hours selected during the booking process. If Max is late to the session, he will fulfill the time past the initially booked hours, either during the current session (provided Max and the customer have no other obligations at the moment), or during a later session. If the student themselves will be late to a session, they should contact Max in advance, so that he can either accommodate the extra time, or reschedule the session. If a student is late to a session with no prior notice, then there is no guarantee that they will be able to make up the time that they lost.
Operating Hours
Max’s standard operating hours are as follows:

These hours should be reflected in the booking form. During “bank holidays” (Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, etc.), Max will be unavailable. These days should also be reflected in the booking form.
In the event that a student happens to book a session on a day where Max is unavailable (i.e. the day wasn’t blocked out on the booking form), the session will be cancelled, the student will receive a full refund, and the student will be encouraged to reschedule their lesson at a later date.
Payment
As of 11/16/2024, “Maximize Your Vocals” takes all payments through Venmo. Students/parents must send their payment prior to the lesson. If Max hasn’t received a payment within 24 hours of booking the session, then the session will be forfeited, and the student will have to re-book.
